Long-Term Results

Even though we’re still wrapping things up, Curt has been the piece to hold all of the parties together including the owner, construction manager, and architect. Due to Curt’s focus on the contract and budget, our project scope was able to expand significantly. Initially our scope excluded key assets within our facility, however we were able to make improvements to the library, gym, community room, and more due to contract and budgetary management. These upgrades are going to benefit our students and community for years to come.
