“Working with Building Solutions has been a tremendous learning experience. My biggest ‘aha’ moment came when I realized the value of the experience an owner’s representative brings to a project. Their knowledge, skills, and ability to manage contractor relationships saved us both time and money.

The proactive thinking and strategic planning of Building Solutions produced long-term gains for our project which was completed on time, under budget and with added scope. We realized a reduction in costs and delays, which ultimately produced a higher quality product for our community.

Building Solutions has made our work significantly easier by taking on project management and oversight. Their attention to detail and timely response to the intricacies of our project kept us informed and allowed our focus to remain on our primary mission of educating students. Their collaboration and commitment has made them an integral part of our success.”
