The Building Solutions team possesses unparalleled expertise in Wisconsin’s K-12 school market, providing school district clients with a distinctly superior experience and results. In addition to the core strengths of Andy, Curt, and Nick in the K-12 sector, each team member brings specialized expertise across other markets, including municipal and county government, corporate/manufacturing, places of worship, medical facilities, and multi-family development.
Curt Wiebelhaus
Director
Curt’s strong background in facilities and construction management makes him a perfect addition to the project team. Curt served over five years as a Director of Building and Grounds for Mukwonago Area School District. Prior to this role he was the lead project manager for many construction project types including: Schools, Medical Clinics, Public Facilities, Places of Worship, and Financial Institutions. His positive collaborative nature allows him to fit into any work environment and to promote a synergy within the team for the best possible project.
Andy Reahm
Director
Andy has incredible talent as an Owner’s Representative, developed through over 25 years of construction management with major Wisconsin firms and a real estate development background. These experiences provide him with a knowledge base that includes not only the technical but also the business expertise in the building, developing and management of projects. Andy has valuable experience in K-12 Education, Multi-Family Housing, Medical/Health care, Places-of-Worship, Corporate, and Manufacturing markets. This experience is a great asset to his clients as he navigates through all phases of development and construction projects.
Nick Anderson
Project Executive
Nick has been involved in multiple facets of the construction process for the past 25 years. His journey in the construction industry started while working in the field to support his college education. Since Nick left working in the field he has worked in management roles for a general contractor, an architectural and engineering firm and a construction management firm. Nick has been intimately involved in all phases of construction projects from design development to project close out. He is passionate about turning visions into reality and will be able to help guide the project journey.
Ashley Markham
Project Executive
With more than a decade of construction industry experience, Ashley serves as a trusted Owner’s Representative at Building Solutions. She began her career as a general contractor project manager, developing a strong foundation in project delivery that continues to benefit owners and project teams today. Her portfolio spans office, industrial and manufacturing, K–12 and higher education, healthcare, and multifamily projects.
Ashley is engaged throughout every phase of delivery, keeping teams aligned with owner objectives through a detail-oriented, collaborative approach. Known for her positive attitude and team-first mindset, she is a valued partner on any project.
